T50 Material & Process Overview
The T50 series, with applications covering turning, uses a fine-grained matrix and a super nano-composite coating process. The coating hardness reaches 35Gpa, and the coating film thickness is increased to 6μm. The smoothness and wear resistance are improved by more than 50% compared with similar products. It is suitable for processing pre-hardened plastic molds and die-casting molds.
